What is a resource?

 A resource is:
  • a vehicle pack. (Each pack can consist of a maximum of 5 vehicles. If it contains more, we will not install them, or include them in your number of resources.)
  • a map. (Each map counts as 1 resource.)
  • a script. (Each script counts as 1 resource.)
  • a plugin. (Each plugin counts as 1 resource.)
  • a mod. (Each mod counts as 1 resource.)
  • a model. (Each model counts as 1 resource.)
  • a skin. (Each skin counts as 0.5 resource.)
A resource is not:
  • a texture. (We will not install textures on your vehicles.)
  • a sound. (This will not count towards your resources number and will be counted as configuration.)
  • a video. (This will not count towards your resources number and will be counted as configuration.)
  • a picture. (This will not count towards your resources number and will be counted as configuration.)
  • any changes to a file from the original creator.

What is configuration?

 Configuration is:
  • any changes to a file from the original creator.
  • any sound, video, or picture that is not part of a resource.
Configuration is not:
  • the installation of a resource, such as a vehicle pack, map, script, plugin, mod, skin, or model.
  • the removal of a resource, such as a vehicle pack, map, script, plugin, mod, skin, or model.
  • the modification of a locked or encrypted file.
  • the modification of a file that is not part of a resource.
  • the removal of any copyright information, credits, or watermarks from a file or resource.

 What if I have a problem with a resource?
If you have a problem with a resource, please contact the creator of the resource. We are not responsible for the creation of the resources, and we cannot provide support for them.

If you have a problem with a configuration, please contact us. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

  • providing feedback and information about any problems or issues that you encounter with the resources that we install and configure. We are not responsible for any problems or issues that arise from the use of the resources.
  • providing payment for the resources installation and configuration service. We do not provide refunds for this service.
Each purchase of the resources installation and configuration service is for a single installation and configuration of the resources that you provide.
If you need to install and configure the resources on multiple servers or computers, you will need to purchase the service multiple times.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
